Warranty Transfer Form
We know many clients need foundation repair before selling a property. Our goal is to make the process stress-free for both sellers and buyers, knowing our work is guaranteed. Simply fill out the form below within 30 days of the sale of the property that our team performed work on and we'll quicky review and confirm all the details. Once approved, Foundation Specialists will provide confirmation and issue new owners with our foundation repair warranty certification. In return, all parties will agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and scope of the original foundation warranty contract.
Note: Warranty transfer requests have to be submitted to our corporate office within 30 days of deed transfer per the county's CAD public record.
